Kath is an amateur photographer living in Sydney. She started taking photos in 2012 and over time has grown it from a hobby to an import part of her everyday life. Her love of the natural environment led Kath to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science (National Parks). Photography of wild landscapes continues this passion. A keen interest in drawing and painting has influenced Kath’s photography style. Her photographs of landscapes, seascapes and animals capture the moment and circumstances she felt when she was taking the photo. Kath considers a successful image as one that creates an emotional response in the viewer. She is always up for a challenge both physically and mentally so trying new things and going to new places is always on the cards. Her plans for the future include travelling to more locations to capture beautiful images and refine the artistic side to her photography.
